You must verify your identity before you are allowed to make any changes. If you do not have your device select Other Options.
Use Duo Push to verify your identity if you have your existing device; otherwise obtain a Bypass code. Once you have obtained your Bypass code, Select 'Bypass Code' from the list below.
Once verification has been confirmed, you can manage your devices such as adding, editing and removing your devices.
