If the confirmation message does not state the password for UAlbany Mail was set/reset, or it contains an error message, you may not have access to UAlbany Mail. You New students can have access to MyUAlbany immediately but may have to wait 4 hours or until the next business day to access to your their UAlbany Mail account. |
2. Log On to MyUAlbany
- Go to http://www.albany.edu/myualbany. Select STUDENT LOG ON and when prompted, enter your NetID and password. Follow the instructions to enter the MyUAlbany portal.
- Within the MyUAlbany portal, select Email Address to obtain your UAlbany email address. You should also verify your personal email address and information in your account, and update it whenever there are changes.
- Proceed with any other tasks the University has instructed you to complete.
- Always "Sign Out" of MyUAlbany and close all browser windows to protect your information.
