If the confirmation message does not state the password for UAlbany Mail was set/reset, or it contains an error message, you may not have access to UAlbany Mail. New students can access MyUAlbany immediately but may have need to wait 4 hours or until the next business day to access to activate their UAlbany Mail account. Wait until the next business day before resetting your password again or contact the ITS Help Desk. |
