- If the confirmation message states the password was set/reset for MyUAlbany and UNIX systems but was NOT set/reset for UAlbany Mail, you must wait another four hours (if it is on weekday M-F) or until after 12noon on the next business day before resetting . Then complete a password reset to successfully set/reset your password again for access to your email accountfor all systems.
- If the confirmation message contains an error statement, states there is an error with the NetID and does not mention the password being set/reset for any systems, you must wait until after 12noon on the next business day and then to reset your password.
