- If the confirmation message states the password was set/reset for MyUAlbany and UNIX systems but was NOT set/reset for UAlbany Mail, wait you will have access to MyUAlbany but not your University email account. Wait another four hours (on weekday M-F) or until after 12noon on the next business day. Then and complete a password reset to successfully . The confirmation message should then state the password was set/reset your password for all systemsUAlbany Mail.
- If the confirmation message states there is an error with the NetID and does not mention the password being set/reset for any systems, you must wait until after 12noon on the next business day to reset your passwordcomplete the Password Se/rReset.
