- In the Outlook client, the Phish Alert feature can be found either in the top right corner of the Home ribbon, or just below the Subject line in the message (see the image below). Clicking on "Phish Alert" selects the email you have highlighted or opened and displays a prompt asking you confirm that you want to report the message. Doing so will result in the message being forwarded to infosec@albany.edu and deleted from your email account. A "Thank You" pop-up will appear confirming that the message was forwarded.
OWA
- In OWA (as in Outlook) you will find the link embedded in the email, located just between the To: field in the message header and the body of the email. Otherwise, the behavior is similar to that described above.
