Windows
- Go to Open your Start
- Click Run
- In the open box, type cmd and press Entermenu
- Type "cmd" and click Command Prompt in the results
- At the prompt, type "ipconfig /all" or "getmac -v" and press Enter. (Note: there is a space between ipconfig and the forward slash.)
Locate your Ethernet or wireless adapter description. Under description, you will see the category labeled Physical Address. This is your MAC address that you will use for troubleshooting purposes. (Note: the

- Click Network
- Press Configure
Locate Select your Ethernet adapter description. The Airport ID is your on the left
Click Advanced
- Go to the Hardware tab
