To use a Hardware Token, contact the ITS Service Desk. We'll let you know when your new Token is ready to use.
Using a Hardware Token
Log in with your NetID and password.
Select 'Other Options' then select 'Hardware Token' from the Device list.
Press the green button on your Hardware Token to get a a 6-digit passcode.
A 6-digit code will display on your token to 'Enter a Passcode' in the passcode box. Select 'Verify'.
If you are on a personal trusted device, you can select we recommend selecting 'Yes, trust browser' to reduce the amount number of times you will be are prompted by Duo. If you are on a public device, be sure to select 'No, do not trust browser'.
You will see a 'Success' message after proper verification and be brought to the UAlbany application you were trying to log into.
