If you are receiving unexpected Duo notifications–when you aren't logging in to campus IT services–your UAlbany account has been compromised, deny the Duo request and reset your password!
Use Phish Alert to report any suspicious email messages.
Text Message:
If you receive any text messages regarding your UAlbany account, DENY the request and RESET your password.
Online Forms:
Exercise caution with online forms, especially ones that come in unsolicited email messages. Always confirm the form is from a credible source. If you have completed an online form that you suspect may be fraudulent, RESET your password as soon as possible.
