  1. Log into any computer in the Information Commons.

  2. Open the start menu and type in Pharos Secure Release Document Management. Press Enter on your keyboard. 


  3. Click on the “hamburger” on the top right


  4. Click “Reset Passcode”


  5. Continue to Get Your Secure Release Student Printing Passcode.

Note

If you reset your passcode, you must re-link your UAlbany ID Card at a Pharos HP printer to use your card for printing. If you print from a mobile device, you will also have to re-link your Pharos Secure Release Mobile App.
