ITS Scheduled Maintenance takes place one Saturday per month. Work begins after 4:00 a.m. Campus-wide IT services* restored by 8:00 a.m. All other systems/applications available by 10:00 a.m. Internet access, email and other M365 applications, and Brightspace will remain available throughout the service window. 

*Campus-wide IT services include: EMS, Odyssey Housing Management, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and PeopleTools, IDCard, MyUAlbany Portal, Password Set/Reset application, and web single-sign on.
