ITS Scheduled Maintenance takes place the first Saturday of each month with some exceptions for the Memorial, July 4th, and Labor Day holidays. Work begins after 4:00 a.m. Campus-wide IT services* are restored by 8:00 a.m. All other systems/applications are available by 10:00 a.m. Internet access, email and other M365 applications, and Brightspace will remain available throughout the service window. *Campus-wide IT services include: EMS, Odyssey Housing Management, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and PeopleTools, IDCard, MyUAlbany, Password Set/Reset application, and web single-sign on. |
