Q: How will I know when ITS is planning to replace my computer?
A: ITS will work department by department to schedule all computer replacements. If you are getting a new computer, ITS will schedule an in-person appointment with you.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my new computer?
A: Before your scheduled replacement you should:
- Back Up Your Computer
- Create a list of additional software to be reinstalled
- Create a list of printers you use.
Q: When will my printer be replaced?
