Windows

  1. Open your Start menu
  2. Type "cmd" and click Command Prompt in the results
  3. At the prompt, type "ipconfig /all" or "getmac -v" and press Enter. (Note: there is a space between ipconfig and the forward slash.)
  4. Locate your Ethernet or wireless adapter description. Under description, you will see the category labeled Physical Address. This is your MAC address that you will use for troubleshooting purposes. (Note: the
