- Log into any computer in the Information Commons.
Open the start menu and type in Pharos Secure Release Document Management. Press Enter on your keyboard.
Login to print.albany.edu. - Click on the “hamburger” three orange bars on the top right.
- Click “Reset Passcode”.
Continue to Get Your Secure Release Passcode.

Follow the prompts to "Reset Passcode." The next time you print, re-link your UAlbany ID Card
