The Role of Departmental Contacts.
There are three types of ITS Contacts – the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Contact, the EAS (Enterprise Application Security) Contact and the HR Contact.

The IAM Contacts (previously CSS Contacts) are liaisons between their department and IAMG regarding ITS-provided IT services. IAM Contact Responsibilities The EAS Contacts authorize access requests to IAS (Integrated Administrative System), All Funds, DARS, IFR Financials, UAReports, and Datatel Colleague.
