Action

Retrieve your PIN which will allow you to Set Your Password to activate your account.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Set Your Password.

  2. Select  Forgot your PIN?


  3. Complete the required fields and select Submit.


  4. Once completed, your PIN will be sent to the personal email address on record.


  5. Please note, that it can take up to fifteen minutes to receive your email.
    After 15 minutes, if you still have not received your PIN please check your JUNK or SPAM mail folder.

If you were unable to retrieve your PIN please reach out to the following departments for assistance.

  • If you are a new undergraduate student please contact Admissions
  • If you are a new Graduate Student please contact Graduate Admissions
  • If you are a non matriculated student, or a visiting student please contact General Studies
