Forgot your Student Printing Passcode or can't find it in your email? No problem!
- Log into any computer in the Information Commons.
- Open the start menu and type in Pharos Secure Release Document Management. Press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click on the “hamburger” on the top right
- Click “Reset Passcode”
Continue to Get Your Secure Release Passcode.
If you reset your passcode, you must re-link your UAlbany ID Card at a Pharos HP printer to use your card for printing. If you print from a mobile device, you will also have to re-link your Pharos Secure Release Mobile App.
