  1. Your job didn't print and you are unsure why

    1. If you print to a Toshiba printer with a document that is not the standard legal size, the print job may get “stuck”. Please make sure to print the standard 8.5”x11” legal size to avoid this issue.

    2. Be sure to release the job at your student printer of choice.

  2. Print job from computer not printing in color
    You will need to change the printing from monochrome to color in the print settings of the application you are using to print.

  3. Print job submitted to print.albany.edu not printing in color
    You will need to adjust finishing options to specify that you wish the print job to be in color. Additional instructions can be found at: Print from print.albany.edu - askIT - Wikis @ UAlbany

  4. Printer jamming
    If the printer becomes jammed, please contact ITS at askIT@albany.edu or call our service desk at 518-442-3700.
