Step 1:  Log into any O365 Application.

Step 2: Expand the "University at Albany Access Compliance Agreement - Terms of Use" by selecting the ">". 

a : If you do not expand the document before select Accept you will see the following window.

Step 3: Select Accept

Step 4: Use the application as expected.
