How to setup Call Forwarding using Self Care Portal

Instructions

  1. Log into the Self Care Portal

  2. Select “Call Forwarding” on the left sidebar

  3. To turn on Forward all, check the box and select “Voicemail” or “Add a new number”

    1. Voicemail will send all caller directly to voicemail

    2. Add a new number will allow you to enter the phone number that you want calls to be forwarded too

  4. Click Save, to save your changes.
