Group Access Manager - Common Problems
Problem: The page is displaying strangely, or page elements aren't behaving as they should.
Solution: Make sure you're using Internet Explorer 9 or higher. The FIM Portal will not work correctly under any other browser.
Problem: You are using your netid and password, but still cannot log in.
Solution: If your computer is not a member of the UALBANY domain you will need to use "ualbany\netid" in order to log in.
Problem: You are able to log in, but once you are logged in you receive a message stating you do not have access.
Solution: You are not a member of the correct group. You will need to contact ITS to investigate.
