TouchNet - Login issues and password reset

TouchNet, the application behind E-Pay and other UAlbany online stores, like Parking Management, is managed by Financial Aid and Student Accounts. Any requests for assistance resetting credentials within that service should be directed to that office (https://www.albany.edu/cost-aid).

Admin users should access Touchnet Marketplace via https://secure.touchnet.net/central.

Students login to Epay for tuition bills and the like is via LDAP, so usual NetID and password and ITS password reset process are appropriate for that.
