Action

You can view snapshot views of your digital signs, also known as channel players or players.

By default, the snapshot view refreshes every 15 minutes.

When you make a change you can view the snapshot to view your change.

Instructions

1. Log into the digital signage server at https://albany.visix.com/.

2. On the home screen you will see all of your players in the Player Snapshot(s) view. 

3. Click on Now Playing tab at the top of the window.

4. Select Snaps.

5. A snapshot for each of your players will be visible.

6. Refresh the view, by clicking on the box for a player and click the Refresh button.
