Follow the instructions below to download and install Jabber on your Mac computer.

In your web browser, Download Cisco Jabber for Mac
Open your download folder and double-click the installer to open it

Click the Continue button on the Introduction section.

Click the Continue button on the Software License Agreement section.
Click the Agree button to continue installing Jabber.
Click the Install button to install the software.
Click the Close button once installed.
Open Safari web browser and click, type or copy/paste the following into the search bar: ciscojabber://provision?ServicesDomain=albany.edu&VoiceServicesDomain=ucsrv.albany.edu
Click Allow to let Safari open and configure Jabber.
Click Continue to verify certificate.
Open Jabber from your Applications list
Log in to Jabber with your NetID and password.
If another Certificate Not Valid window appears, click the Continue button.
