Action

To remove the Palo Alto GlobalProtect application from a Windows computer, follow the steps below.

Instructions

This process is similar to uninstalling most apps on Windows computers.



  1. From the Start/Windows menu, open Settings (gear icon on left)

  2. Select Apps

  3. Select the GlobalProtect app

  4. Click Uninstall

  5. Click the second Uninstall button

  6. Choose to allow the app to make changes to your computer

  7. Follow any prompts from the uninstall app

  8. The removal should complete
