I Signed the ACA and my Outlook Does Not Work

Issue

After Signing the Access and Compliance Agreement (ACA) Outlook no longer works as expected.

Resolution

  1. Close Outlook

  2. Open the Credential Manager, by typing "Credential Manager" in the search box on the taskbar.

  3. Select Windows Credentials and then remove all Office 2016 or Office 2015 Generic Credentials

  4. Open Outlook
