I Signed the ACA and my Outlook Does Not Work
Issue
After Signing the Access and Compliance Agreement (ACA) Outlook no longer works as expected.
Resolution
- Close Outlook
- Open the Credential Manager, by typing "Credential Manager" in the search box on the taskbar.
- Select Windows Credentials and then remove all Office 2016 or Office 2015 Generic Credentials
- Open Outlook
