Research Support and Software

ITS currently supports 31 virtual servers (VMs) and 28 Docker containers for research projects across campus. Additionally, ITS manages a wide range of open-source software for deployment via modules, containerized workflows, and through specialized environments. ITS can also help with custom builds for specialized workflows or pipelines. Currently a wide range of popular software is available for deployment on our computing cluster including but not limited to Gitlab, Jupyterhub, MATLab, and RStudio.
