This guide offers instructions on using the favorites menu. The Favorites menu functions like a bookmark in a web browser. This is also similar to Personal Page but instead of tiles it displays a list.

Adding a section or layout to favorites list

1. To add a section or layout to list of favorites, you need to first open a screen or access a function's page for which you would like to bookmark(e.g. Custom Query).

2. Select a particular item/layout (e.g., College Transcripts) to add to Favorites list.

3. While appropriate layout has been selected, from the home menu select Favorites, then click Add this layout to my favorites.

4. Once the layout is added to Favorites, you can open the Favorites menu to:

a. View a short list of the bookmarked items(i.e. College Transcripts).

b. Customize your Favorites list when you select Manage my favorites.
