Rename a Device

  1. Login to Duo Device Portal by using your NetID and Password.

  2. Now in Duo prompt, verify your identity by completing the Duo Authentication using Duo Mobile. If you do not have your device select Other Options.

  3. Use Duo Push to verify your identity if you have your existing device; otherwise Get a Duo Bypass code. Once you have obtained your Bypass code, Select 'Bypass Code' from the list below.

  4. Now you are verified, you can begin to manage your devices such as add, edit and remove your devices.

  5. Add, edit and remove devices by following the onscreen prompts.

    • Choose the device you want to rename and click Edit.

  6. Select Rename.

  7. Rename the device and click on Rename.
