Identify Device Name
This guide offers instructions on identifying user's computer/device name and process for requesting access to OnBase as a new user or for users who need to add a new device. The device name information is needed to allow user access to OnBase Clients.
Identify Computer/Device Name
1. To find your device name:
a. Open WindowsÂ
b. Type "device name" into the search box
c. Click on Open to "View your PC name"
d. Device name should display
e. Copy device Name
