How to Change my Voicemail PIN

From Self Care Portal

If you are off-campus, you need to connect to the VPN (Virtual Private Network) to access this service.

1. Login to the Self Care Portal

2. Click on the “Voicemail” tab

3. Click on “Launch Voicemail Inbox”

4. Enter your NetID and Password

5. Click on “Messaging Assistant”

6. Click on “Passwords” Menu

7. Click on “Change Pin”

8. Enter new Voicemail PIN and click Save
