Use the Cisco Self Care Portal to set up features and functionality on your Cisco 8841 phone including adding Speed Dials, Call Forwarding, Single Number Reach, etc.

  1. Go to Self Care Portal while on the University at Albany’s network or while using VPN.

  2. Login with your NetID and Password.
