Q: What if I have additional software installed?

A:  Faculty will be able to re-install software on their new computer.  Staff should create an inventory/list of all software installed on  their computer. ITS will re-install software that meets these criteria when the new computer is deployed:

The Software...

  • Must have a current license

  • If software is not available in the ITS Software Catalog, install files must be available. 

  • Must be compatible with Windows 11 

Q: What about the printers I currently use for printing?

A: Create a list of all printers you currently use, ITS will make ensure that you will be able to print to these printers with your new computer
