If you would like to update the information for your entry in the public directory you must log into MyUAlbany.
Under the My Personal Portfolio portion you will find several categories
My Name Information
- Your preferred name will be the name that is used on all official University correspondence to you
- You are free to enter other names as well
- Degree
- Maiden
- Any former namesÂ
My Phone Information
- Your preferred phone number will be displayed in the public directory
- You are free to enter several other phone number types including, but not limited to:
- Cellular
- Campus
- BusinessÂ
My Address Information
- You can enter your mailing, permanent, and campus addressesÂ
My Email Information
- Select the Email Type (Campus, Business)
- Type in your email address and check the "Preferred" box
- Click Save
Please note that changes made in MyUAlbany will take one business day to be reflected in the public directory.
If you would like to be added to the Today at UAlbany mailing list you will need to specify a preferred email address.
