Navigate to Set Your Password.
Select Forgot your PIN?
Complete the required fields and select Submit.
Once completed, your PIN will be sent to the personal email address on record.
Select Continue on Request PIN page.
Enter your SSN or Albany ID, DOB and Select ‘Next’
Please note, that it can take up to fifteen minutes to receive your personal email that is on record. Once the request is made, you will receive a confirmation to your UAlbany Email address.
After 15 minutes, if you still have not received your PIN, please check your JUNK or SPAM mail folder.
Select Return to Dashboard to go to main page.
