UAlbany students are entitled to install and use Office 365 ProPlus on their personal devices while they are students at UAlbany.  Please click here for additional information.

You may install Office 365 ProPlus applications on at most 5 computers.  If you find you need to install on another computer, you must first deactivate a license.

You can see To see which computers you have activated Office 365 ProPlus on byand select the computer to deactivate, do the following:

  1. Log in to Outlook Web App (OWA) on your Windows 7, Windows 8 or Mac computer and click on the gear symbol next to your name.
  2. Click on Office 365 settings.

  3. Click on software.
  4. You should now see a listing of computers you have installed Office 365 ProPlus on
  5. Click the appropriate deactivate button to deactivate the license for the specified computer.
