- Log in to Outlook Web App (OWA) on your Windows 7, Windows 8 or Mac computer and click on the gear symbol next to your name.
- Click on Office 365 settings.

- You should now see a listing of computers you have installed Office 365 ProPlus on
Click the appropriate deactivate button to deactivate the license for the specified computer.
Deactivation doesn't actually uninstall Office from a computer. Office is still installed on the computer, but the Office applications are placed in reduced functionality mode.
