Follow these instructions to retrieve a previous version of a file/folder on your U: drive, V: drive or other network drive. Versions of files/folders are made several times a day and are kept for 21 days.

As of 1/9/2017, there is a known issue with this method and you may be missing some recent snapshots of your files. If you are unable to find the version of the file you wish to restore, as a workaround, you can map the following to view the snapshots:
Replace "ShareName" with the name of your actual share. For example, the ITS share’s snapshot directory would look like this:
