Change ring status of line appearances

If you have more than one line appearance on your phone, you can change the ring status as follows:

1. Log into Self care portal with your NetID and password : https://cucm-pub-p101.uc.albany.edu/ucmuser/ 
2. Click on phone > Settings
3. Under Ring Settings select "Flash only" for lines you don't want to ring

Add or change speed dial numbers (left side of phone screen)

1. Log into Self care portal with your NetID and password : https://cucm-pub-p101.uc.albany.edu/ucmuser/ 
2. Click on Phone Settings on the left
3. Click Speed Dial Numbers
4. Click Add New Speed Dial
5. Fill in the phone number, label, and speed dial number (for order), then click Save
