Action

Add or change speed dial numbers (on the left side of phone screen).

Instructions

1. Log into the Self care portal with your NetID and password : https://cucm-pub-p101.uc.albany.edu/ucmuser/ 
2. Click on Phone Settings on the left
3. Click Speed Dial Numbers
4. Click Add New Speed Dial
5. Fill in the phone number, label, and speed dial number (for order), then click Save
