Action
To find local (not cloud) Zoom meeting recordings, follow the instructions below for the type of computer you use.
Instructions
- Log into Zoom via the desktop app or www.zoom.us.
- Click on the Meetings tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of the window.

- Recorded to view and access a list of your recorded Zoom meetings.
- Hover over the meeting you wish to access and select an option:
- Play Video: This option will open your default media player and play the video and audio, if it is available.
- Play Audio Only: This option will play the Zoom meeting’s audio file in your default audio player.
- Open: This option will open the video in your file explorer.
- Delete: This option will prompt you to confirm that you want to delete the selected Zoom meeting recording. Click yes to confirm.
