Action

To find local (not cloud) Zoom meeting recordings, follow the instructions below for the type of computer you use.

Instructions

1. Log into Zoom via the desktop app or albany.zoom.us

2. Click on the Meetings tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of the window.  
   

3. Click on Recorded to view and access a list of your recorded Zoom meetings.

4. Hover over the meeting you wish to access and select an option:

   1. Play Video: This option will open your default media player and play the video and audio, if it is available.

   2. Play Audio Only: This option will play the Zoom meeting’s audio file in your default audio player.

   3. Open: This option will open the video in your file explorer.

   4. Delete: This option will prompt you to confirm that you want to delete the selected Zoom meeting recording. Click yes to confirm.
