You can join a Zoom meeting without logging into the Zoom app, if authentication is required to join. When authentication is required to join the meeting, you should sign into your University Zoom before joining.

Each Zoom meeting has a unique meeting ID and is required to join a meeting. Complete the following steps to join a Zoom meeting from the web.

  1. Go to albany.zoom.us and click Join.

  2. Enter the Meeting ID from the Zoom meeting invitation and click Join.

  3. Enter the Meeting Password from the Zoom meeting invitation and click Join Meeting.




  4. Choose an audio conference option to join the meeting.
     

  5. You will then be joined to the meeting.
