All University faculty and staff are licensed to host Zoom Webinars with up to 500 participants. Zoom Webinar is not available to students.

Zoom Webinar will be used for presentation style events that will have more than 500 attendees and/or require the following features: 

• Only share video, audio and screen from the webinar hosts and panelists 

• Allow webinar attendees to only view the webinar hosts and panelists

• Manage questions from attendees with Q&A, Polls and Chat
