Action

You can send a OneDrive for Business file as an attachment directly from an email message. This is a good way to send large sized files. 

Instructions

  1. Be sure that the file you want to share is uploaded to OneDrive. You do this by dragging and dropping the file from your computer.
  2. From your email, click Insert and then select Attach File.
  3. File the file you want to share.
  4. Click Open
  5. Choose Share link or Attach as copy:


  6. Finish the email and send it as you normally would.
  7. The recipient will receive the files as you selected.
