Scamsscams by completing the following steps:
If you suspect your UAlbany Account has been compromised or are receiving unexpected text messages or Duo notifications, Deny and Reset!
If you receive a suspicious email, report it using Phish Alert.

If you receive a SMS Text message from an unknown person regarding your UAlbany account, DENY the request and RESET your password.

Online Forms:
Be cautious when filling out online forms and confirm the form is from a credible source. If you have completed an online form that you later suspect was fraudulent RESET your password ASAP.
