Microsoft recently released Windows 11, their latest operating system. Support for Windows 10 ends in October 2025; all university-owned computers must upgrade to Windows 11 by this time. Starting INSERT DATE, faculty and staff can upgrade their university-owned computer at their convenience. Contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance. |

Install Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2
- Click on the search box on the bottom left of the screen and begin typing "Software Center."
- Click on the Software Center App.
- Click on "Operating Systems."
- Click on "ITS - OSD - UPDATE - Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2."
- Click the "Install" button.
- Click the "Install" button again to confirm the upgrade to Windows 11.
Install Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2
- Click on the search box on the bottom left of the screen and begin typing "Software Center."
- Click on the Software Center App.
- Click on "Operating Systems."
- Click on "ITS - OSD - UPDATE - Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2."
- Click the "Install" button.
- Click the "Install" button again to confirm the upgrade to Windows 10.

If you see both "ITS -OSD - Update - Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2" and "ITS -OSD - Update - Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2" or the update does not install successfully, please contact the ITS Service Desk. |
