- Open File manager

- Find the Connect to Server option at the left corner

3. Double click it.
4. It will ask you address.

- and double click it
Open Files (the file manager)
At left, click "+ Other Locations"
At the bottom of the window, you should now see a "Connect to Server" field
- Enter the server address: smb://netID@storage.albany.edu
...
- Click connect
...
6. It will pop up a window, ask you Domain and password.
7. The Domain is UALBANY
8. Then input password for net id.
9. Connect.
It will map successfully.
